Beginner to Advanced
Gusto Guitars offer guitar, bass guitar, double bass, ukulele and theory/song-writing lessons to students of all ages and abilities. With over 14 years experience teaching various age groups and development levels Angus prides himself on delivering lesson content specific to the students wants and needs. If you want to learn a certain style or technique your lessons can be tailored around that. If you are unsure where to go next with your learning, Angus can help point you down the right path and give you a plan for guaranteed progression.
Benefits in learning an instrument
There have been many studies done linking learning an instument to advanced development in fine motor skills and cognitive behaviour. Learning an instument is also a way to encourage discipline and patience while boosting self esteem at the same time. There are many reasons for learnming an instrument, everbody has their own reason for starting the journey, but rest assured that everyone will benefit from having a musical instrument in their life.
Weekly lessons
Weekly lessons are conducted one on one with a blue card (working with children) approved teacher. Lessons are normally 30 minutes however students wishing to get more out of each lesson may wish to take up the discounted rate for hourly lessons. Lessons are to be payed by the day of each lesson by cash, bank transfer or paypal.
Purpose built studio
Gusto Guitars is located amongst beautiful green surroundings in Buccan, Queensland. Off street parking leads you to a purpose built, air conditioned music studio. There are amps, leads and instruments available for use during each lesson.
